Foundation for Change has been announced as a winner of the New NHS Alliance's Excellence in Health Creation Awards.

The "Getting our Five-A-Day" award recognises organisations that have introduced and embedded the five "health-creation" practices outlined in the New NHS Alliance's Health Creation Manifesto:

• power-shifting
