We are a small but ambitious charity with big things that we want to accomplish. We are building our team to help us do just that with this role being a particularly important one as we work toward expanding our programmes and developing the organisation in line with our Theory of Change.

We are actively seeking to improve diversity and representation within our organisation. We especially encourage applications from women from Black, Asian and other ethnic minority backgrounds and/or people with a disability.

Since this role involves working with vulnerable women this post will be subject to an enhanced vetting and barring check and open to women only. Genuine Occupational Requirement (GOR), Schedule 9 (Work; Exceptions), Part 1 (Occupational Requirements), of the Equality Act (2010) applies.
