Our Courses FfC Community Network Recovery and personal transformation are lifelong journeys that don’t end when a course finishes. However, many of our graduates describe experiencing a ‘cliff edge’—a point where the momentum of change slows or even reverses without continued opportunities for growth. The FfC Community Network was created to bridge this gap, providing an ongoing space for our graduates to learn, connect with each other, and apply the theories and ideas explored in our courses to real life situations. Through our community, we are creating a network of like-minded individuals who support each other’s growth through outings and events we organise that bring graduates from different courses together. A big part of this work is to encourage our graduates to step outside traditional ‘recovery spaces’ and build confidence in new environments. In the past, we've organised outings to the Tate Modern and National Portrait Gallery, and our very own Heather led a bunch of graduates and folks from the FfC team on a historical walk through London to underline the importance we place on learning about history. Building our community in this way connects to the broader vision of our work: empowering people to be a part of society rather than excluded from it. We are currently piloting some new initiatives connected to the network - watch this space to find out more. Donate to keep our Community Network running.
