The art of scaling deep We are pleased to share that our work at Foundation for Change has been included in 'The Art of Scaling Deep' - a publication series by The Systems Sanctuary, where we were also featured as one of the case studies. The “Scaling Deep” framework – an exploration of how systemic transformation happens through culture, relationships and meaning rather than size or speed – resonates deeply with our approach. At Foundation for Change, our work is rooted in learning, trauma- and power-informed practice, and social change through education and learning. Central to this is a commitment to feminist principles: an understanding that personal and social transformation are intertwined, and that dismantling structural inequalities begins with consciousness-raising, care, and collective empowerment through collaboration. This contrasts with the prevailing masculine and capitalist logic of “more, faster, bigger” – where progress is measured in metrics and growth itself becomes the goal, rather than the means to human and collective flourishing. By being featured, our work was recognised as an example of how change can take root by challenging dominant power structures, centring lived experience, and nurturing the conditions for agency and connection to flourish. The inclusion affirms that true systems change is not only about scaling up, but about scaling deep – through relationships, consideration and care. Manage Cookie Preferences
