We believe in the mutuality of relationships - we want those who volunteer for us to get as much out of the experience as we do from them.

We regularly take on volunteers who have graduated from our programmes as a way to provide meaningful work experience. Some of them have gone on to work with us.

We also seek volunteers externally who might have specific skills to offer. Examples are: 

• Making short films to capture the experiences of our graduates;
• Data analysis to support with monitoring and evaluation reports; 
• Social media specialists to help increase our network of supporters;
• Experienced fundraisers to support with writing funding applications. 

We are flexible with time commitments and aim to create a way of working, whether short or long-term, that is mutually beneficial.
